Avan Shoushi Plaza and Tourist Center is a project aimed for development of a tourist district which will be an important economic development activity for Shoushi setting a framework for a comprehensive long-term rehabilitation and development of the city as a cultural, tourist and educational center.
This project includes renovation of a hotel, convention district, historic Eastern Market, ancient Caravansary, historic bath (Spa), restaurants resulting in conversion of these properties to a lively and animated contemporary tourist center. The area will host festivals, fairs and bazaars, parades and other types of celebrations. Performers will grace the events with traditional music and dance.

The Avan Shushi Plaza and Tourist Center is a project undertaken by AVAN CJSC for the development of a tourist district in the city of Shushi. It includes a 31 room hotel, convention/ banquet hall, historic Eastern Bazaar and historic bath (Spa).The project is an important economic development activity for Shushi.
